- 1 cup oatmeal
- ¼ cup semolina/rava/sooji
- ¼ cup rice flour or whole wheat flour
- ½ cup yougurt

Hey Archana I tried this and also the chilas recipe - came out great - hubby and kid happy - can you suggest any more good recipes for kids as my kid is 16 months and is real fussy with food. Also great presentation and nice pictures!
I adore dosais and have never made an oatmeal dosai, though I have tasted one in AP. Having made this it deserves an 11 out of 10, and oatmeal and spinach is a combination to die for.
when you say oatmeal? Are you referring to oatmeal flour or instant oatmeal? Would you please clarify that? I just tried your potato and eggplant recipe. Turn out really good. Thanks.
I made this dosa this weekend for lunch. They turned out very good! I was a little skeptical first because of oatmeal but we loved it! I will be making them often. Thanks Archana.
Hey archana. This dosa was a huge success with both my husband and fussy kids. Infact the kids just loved it!! What better way to ensure they get their share of healthy oatmeal considering they don eat the porridge. Thanks and keep more of them coming. Cheers
Glad the kids loved it - Panchami
