Vada Pav

Vada Pav is an Indian vegetarian fast food commonly eaten in Maharashtra, India, and is one of the most popular fast-foods in Mumbai. Enjoy this breakfast/tea time favorite on any day.
This can make a great snack for school children as well. Reduce the amount of spice while serving children.

Cooking time: 30 minutes Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 8 pav buns
- 1 recipe of Garlic Chutney
- 1 recipe of Green Chutney
- 1 recipe of Aloo Vada
Assembly of Vada Pav
The “vada pav” is assembled by slicing pav buns (optionally hamburger buns) horizontally
Spread some garlic chutney on the one half and green chutney on the other half.
Place one vada inside the sliced pav and serve hot immediately
