Ingredients

  • 200 grams Mutton , minced/ground
  • 1/4 Cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic , minced
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • Salt , to taste
  • 1/4 Cup Onion , finely chopped
  • 1 Whole Egg , lightly beaten 

Directions for Baked Meatballs Recipe

  1. To begin making Baked Meatballs Recipe, prep all the ingredients first.

  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.

  3. In a large bowl, mix together all the mentioned ingredients except onion and whole egg. 

  4. Add the beaten egg into the mixture and mix again.

  5. If you will be baking the balls sometime later or next day, don't mix chopped onions because they will release water and you won't be able to shape them up.

  6. Mix onions only when you are planning to bake them.

  7. Shape them into small balls, size of a lime.

  8. Arrange all the balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or spray some oil on the tray and arrange.

  9. Bake them for 30 minutes or till done.
