Lebanese Style Batata Matri Kizbra Recipe is a very simple Lebanese dish made by stir frying potatoes in garlic and coriander. Batata is an Arabic word for Potatoes. The potatoes are cut into small cubes and then first fried to a nice crispy texture, then tossed with fried fresh garlic and coriander.

If you are conscious about your health and don't want to fry potatoes you can bake them with a drizzle of oil as well and then toss it with the coriander and garlic. Traditionally in the recipe there is no use of green chili but the recipe has few to give it some spicy taste.
