These sweet, tangy and chillied potato’s are simple delicious and make a great appetizer for any party. The best part of these is that they get made in a jiffy if you already have some boiled potatoes. The sesame seed gives the crunchy texture; in addition, the garlic, ginger and the soy sauce adds the required kick for this sweet potato.

These delicious tasty potato rolls herbed with thyme simply melt in the mouth when eaten. I have always wanted to bake the potatoes with butter, but was somehow was never up to doing them with the fear of tasting something herbless and spice less.I came up with these deliciously tasting potatoes served with a spicy Tomato Chilli Garlic Asian Dip. Best of all, it was baked.

Quesadilla is a dish in Mexican cuisine or Tex-Mex. Exactly what constitutes a quesadilla varies from region to region and between the U.S. and Mexico, and is not universally agreed upon. The recipe here is made with healthy and low fat at ingredients (unlike the traditional dish) is a regular at my home for dinners. Most times, to make it quick, if I don’t have tortillas at home, I use up old roti’s aka phulka’s and make quesadillas out of them for my children. They simply love the combination of cheese and vegetables.

A great hors d’oeuvre for cocktail parties. Bite size pieces and creamy tasty mushrooms herbed with basil coat’s the palate with a taste which will make you want more and more of these. Makes a quick snack when you have unexpected guests and something which does not take too much of your time as well.
