  • 1 Fresh Pomegranate Fruit Kernels , shelled
  • 1 Onion , sliced
  • 1/2 cup Pecans , or walnuts, chopped
  • For the dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Parsley leaves , dried
  • Salt and Pepper , to taste
