		<description>Lori made this for an office pot luck and it was a big hit. I got a big kick just pronouncing the complicated name to everybody who was asking what it is. 
It has become a regular dish in our family now and is one of my favourites. Last time Lori served this with lemon rice and It tasted just like a dish from one of the authentic south indian places in Matunga (my college days haunt for cheap and good south indian food).

I had this at a restaurant in Bangalore - called Tandoor where it was so phenomenal that i had to try this at home. But I did have a few comments that it did not turn out as well. As I said, bhindi is a difficult vegetable to get the right texture...</description>
