ONE D continues focus on dishes which are high in protein and fiber which can serve has a healthy lunch or a light dinner. Ever thought of bringing in a salad as a meal to your diet at least once a week or even more or even everyday. Raw vegetables, leaves, protein rich food once a day can make you feel light and refreshed giving you the added nutrients in your system which will help you get through the rest of the day.

Lets go ahead and cook up some delectable salads. Enjoy your cooking, and make sure you are in the best of the moods when cooking this up. The the best mood sure does add that extra kick to the salad.

ONED Salads

So let’s begin by adding a few rules to the eventPlease read the rules carefully.

All salads to be vegetarian- eggs and cheese are allowed

The salad should contain at least one raw vegetable or a raw leaf  or both.

The salad should contain at least one protein rich food - like tofu, cottage cheese, eggs, lentils, legumes etc. Remember a high protein is required

Other ingredients like fruits, nuts, dressings or any other ingredient are welcome.

Accompaniment – You salad can have one accompaniment like bread or any other which you feel is appropriate. If you have baked your own bread, then please do mention that in the post. The accompaniment cannot be a meal in itself. It has to quick and easy to make or something you get ready from the store.

Lastly remember, just by adding a leaf and some protein like cheese does not make it a wholesome meal. The recipes will be viewed in detail. If I do find it contains some missing nutrients, I will request you to send it again with addition of the missing nutrition.
