Recipes at Archana's Kitchen typically use the standard cup measurement. But a lot of chefs might not have the standard measure, hence I have provided an approximate measure chart for doing your conversions. You can also "Google" to do conversions to your specific measure. These measures are approximate, so kindly use these approximations in your cooking methods, your results will not vary drastically.

The above information is useful, however, I just require one clarification: Under the table heading Volume (dry), the measurements are mentioned in ml? Shouldn't it be grams?
