Join me (Archana) in the Gourmet Cooking Classes for food enthisiasts in Bangalore. The classes held are highly interactive, personal and lots of fun. With a few like minded people who love to cook and more importantly love food there is nothing that can go wrong. The classes are a cook along type where we pitch in and do a variety of jobs to put the intructions together to arrive at our final dish. What more, it becomes a Test Kitchen for my recipes and all of you will be given credit. What more, I love to capture pictures of all the good times in the kitchen that will be shared with you and also uploaded at my website.

A fun session of baking for both beginners and people who are bakers and want to learn more. A free flowing lesson where you will get hands on experience into whisking, mixing, baking and testing. A place where you can ask questions on baking and its nuances.
I will also give options for Egg less baking for the Egg less lovers so you get to be part of the fun event. |

Where are the Cooking Classes held? D604 Akme Ballet, Outer Ring Road, Doddanekundi, Behind New Total Mall, Bangalore 560037. I will send you the map to my home via email once you have registered for the classes.
What are the timing? 10:00 Am - 1:30 PM (I will start at sharp at 10 AM - So please don't be late, you definitely cant miss the session beginnings. Keep in mind your distance of travel and Bangalore Traffic Snarls)
What is the class fee per session? The class fees are Rs. 1500 per class
What you can expect from the Cook Along? - Recipe Booklet with enough room for you to make notes. So please don’t come prepared, come prepared to have some fun with me in the kitchen. - Sample of all that you cooked along - Along the way you will learn the tips, tricks, about knives, cutting, ovens and will be answering all the myriad questions that you will have - Loads of Memories and some surprises - Lastly, please allow me to make some mistakes as none of us are perfect (Smile)
Note: Although the cuisines that we will be cooking are vegetarian there will be the addition of egg in some recipes.
