 A delicious muffin, which feels so light and yet so tasty and not as dry as a corn muffin. The combination of oatmeal and raisins along with yogurt makes it soft and with that touch of cinnamon, is delicious.I made the same batter using muffin cups as well as a loaf pan and it turned out beautiful. Call it a bread or a muffin, this recipe is a must try!

 This one is for those chocolate lovers, inspired from one of my favorite cook books. The brownies are so delicious and chocolaty that you cant go wrong. The use of high quality dark chocolate enhances the flavor of this delicious brownie. Make sure your walnuts are fresh as well, else they could impart a bitter taste. |

 Nothing can be richer than a cake layered with mascarpone cheese and glazed with chocolate ganache. This cake was a big hit at my son's birthday party. The layers of the cake unfortunately could not be clicked as the birthday cake got cut into pieces for distribution. Hopefully sometime soon, the same would be made and a better picture could be caught. |

 A sweet and moist cake made from oatmeal and brown sugar, makes a healthy snack for the kids or even a afternoon cuppa. Make it a day or two before serving and it get moisture and tastier. Make sure you have all the ingredients except water at room temperature, about 70F. |
