The Chilli Chocolate Cake recipe has been with me for many years and I am yet to meet a person who doesn't love it. It is more or less fail-safe and it is very quick and easy to make. Normally I make just an ordinary chocolate cake but to make it a little bit more interesting I added some fresh chili too it this time. It turned out very nice. You couldn't really taste the chili but it really brought out the rich chocolate flavour and left a bit of heat in the mouth.
