Rich Chocolate Cheesecake is a perfect dessert for Valentine's Day or any special occasion. It's rich, creamy, decadent, and not too sweet. It is very important to let the melted chocolate cool a little before you add it to the mix and to let your eggs, cream cheese, and sour cream come to room temperature before you use them; if you don't, the difference in temperature between the ingredients will make them impossible to combine well. Enjoy!
