Mango Cheese Cake/ Pudding that is not baked is one of the simplest of the puddings to make. Rich, creamy and full of mango flavors. It is eggless and there is no use of flours or even thickeners. Found this recipe from my moms recipe files, it was torn and almost in the verge of loosing its print. The only difference from that recipe and this is, that the recipe in the file used hung curd, but I have used Mascarpone cheese. The crust used digestive biscuits and I used the same, except that in very little quantity to give that crunch to the pudding.
Homemade chocolates are an absolute delight to enjoy. The best thing about these chocolates is that it’s quick and easy to make. You can add and mix – match different ingredients such as nuts, dry fruits, marshmallows, etc to make them as per your choice. Its also ready within 15 to 20 minutes and that makes them quite instant chocolates which has very little cooking involved which happens in microwave.

Tiramisu in Italian means "pick me up" or "lift me up", is a classic and quick to make Italian dessert. It is made with ladyfingers known as the Savoiardi biscuits dipped in a rich coffee decoction, layered with a whipped mixture of egg yolks and mascarpone cheese, and flavored with Marsala wine and cocoa. I have adapted this recipe to avoid using the raw egg yolks and made it without them.
