Irish Cream Trifle Pudding with brownies soaked in Irish Cream Liqueur, vanilla custard and fruits along with fresh cream is perfect for parties. I like to set and serve them in individual glasses like a martini glass or even a dessert bowls. The glass bowls make these dessert look as pretty and delicious to serve.

Makes: 10-12 servings

Ingredients

1 recipe of rich chocolate brownies

2 cups heavy thick cream

1 1/2 cup of vanilla custard

12-15 tablespoons of Baileys Irish Cream

Fruits of your Choice - Ilike Peeled Oranges, Kiwi, Bananas and Pineapple - freshly cut

1 recipe of raspberry or starwberry compote

Method

Whip the cream along with 3 tablespoons of Baileys until it forms softand set aside.

Divide the brownie pieces into 10-12 glasses/ dessert bowls and drizzle a tablespoon of Baileys over each brownie

Layer the fruits over the brownie. Scoup the vanilla custard over the fruits. Scoup freshly whipped Baileys cream over the custard and finally drizzle the fruit compote and serve.

You can premake these about 3-4 hours ahead, but I would suggest that you drizzle the compote just before you are ready to serve.

caramelpudding 300dpi-_by_Archana_Srinivas-2Crème Caramel, Caramel Custard or Caramel Pudding in the many ways it is called is one of my all time child hood favorite desserts and it still marks high on my wish list of desserts to order when I visit a restaurant or make it for a party at home. The recipe has undergone a lot of changes over the years and I have finally arrived at a perfect recipe that sets beautifully on a platter.

Bread Pudding

IMG 1601As the weather begins to near the winters I have puddings on my mind. The most favorite among my kids is the bread pudding which ofcourse the simplest of all the puddings one can make. Soft, moist and yet have a great texture of bread. The best part about bread puddings is that you could use any kind of bread, croissants to loafs, to buns to old bread that needs to be consumed and is sitting in the fridge. Here is a simple recipe which I have modified according to the families taste buds. Although with every passing year, these taste buds change and alter the recipe as well. I have given the variations I work with this recipe. Happy Baking
