Vegetarian Burgers, with a indian touch smeared with Garlic and Green Chutney, makes a very appetizing snack. Vada Pav is an Indian vegetarian fast food commonly eaten in Maharashtra, India, and is one of the most popular fast-foods in Mumbai.

Cooking time: 30 minutes Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
Assembly of Vada Pav
The "vada pav" is assembled by slicing pav buns (optionally hamburger buns) horizontally
Spread some garlic chutney on the one half and green chutney on the other half.
Place one vada inside the sliced pav and a few onion rings and serve hot.

that's one of my fav street foods too and it was my dinner during hostel days. But I am sorry, i cant include it for MBP as per one of the rules set by Coffee you need to post the recipe cooked from other blogs and thats what this event is all about, Monthly blog patrolling. i hope you will post someother street foods cooked from other blog and send it to me:)
