
Mooli Raita or Radish Raita is a refreshing accompaniment that goes well with parathas. Grated radish mixed in whipped yogurt is spiced with some chillies, cumin and salt.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups thick creamy yogurt
1 cup grated white raddish/mooli
1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 green chilli finely chopped
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Method
Whisk the yogurt in a bowl until smooth. Stir in the remaining ingredients and serve chilled with parathas.
