Egg Roll Kids Lunch box

Egg Rolls are a perfect Lunch Box for the kids. With a little advance preparation, your mornings for packing lunches can become a breeze. I keep the sauces in a separate box and also avoid the chillies for their lunch. The kids dip the rolls in the sauce and love them for school. Its easy to hold on to, as well. CLICK HERE FOR THE RECIPE OF EGG ROLLS

Lunch Box Moong Dal And Vegetable Rice with Mangoes

Green Moong kichadi is something that all of us make at home, but all that I did to this recipe was to add some spices and made it a little like a pulav, along with some added vegetables. During the Mango season I served with Mangoes, but else, my children like it with some papad.

Recipe: Moong Dal Pulav ( it is similar to the Black Eyed Bean Pulav)

Lunch box Masala Chora Pulav with Vegetables

A lot of thought process goes into what type of rice varieties I can offer my children. Then came a thought that I could add various legumes like black eyed peas along with steamed vegetables, will make a protien rich lunch. I sometimes serve the rice with papads and sometimes with fruits. So it breaks the monotony of eating just plain rice.
