Sunday

Soak green gram, lentils, kabuli channa and rajma during the weekend so that it has sprouted and is ready to use. Also make the mixed sprouted masala ready to use for tomorrow morning. Stock your fridge with bread. Make sure you have mushrooms, clean them and keep in the fridge with other chopped ingredients to save time in the morning. Also stock with curd and beetroot for raita

Monday

Have the crepe batter ready and fruits for stuffing  in the refrigerator. Almonds are rich source of vitamin E, calcium, magnesium and potassium. So cultivating the habit of eating almonds in the kids should start early.Make the Aloo stuffing for tacos and also chop veggies, all you have to do in the morning is quickly make rotis or tortillas and assemble and pack. Make shakarpara during weekend and store to use it as a quick snack time munch. 

Tuesday

Have the dressing ingredients, that is mayonnaise and others combined and refrigerated. Also make the filling so that only thing to make in the morning is paratha. Make dhaniya pudina chutney.Make the beetroot sauce and refrigerate. Have fruits like pomegranate and apple to pack to kids lunch box.

Wednesday

Have the batter ready for Idli to make soft idlis. Make sure you have coconut to make chutney. Make cookies , nankhatai and store them in airtight so that you can use them for school box or after school snacks.Make sure you have aloo and beans. Make the puri dough and refrigerate to make hot puri’s in the morning.

Thursday

Make the potato basil fritter dough ready and peanut dip and keep in fridge. Make them hot in the morning and pack . Make idli batter and keep and also stocking podi or dry chutneys are very useful to ease your work and use them as accompaniments. Stock your fridge with curd and grated carrot for curd rice.
