Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Dates
  • 18 grams Tamarind
  • 2 tablespoon Dry red chilli
  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves (Dhania)
  • 1/2 cup Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • Salt , to taste 

Directions for Malabar Style Dates Coriander Chutney Recipe

  1. We begin making the Malabar Style Dates Chutney Recipe by grinding all the ingredients together in a mixer. Add about 1/4 cup water and grind it into a smooth paste.

  2. Pour it in an air tight container and store it for 2 days or you can serve it immediately.
