Hi Archana
Your recipes look interesting and innovative, and I look forward to trying some. I just have one question: a number of them call for white sugar, which is something we completely avoid in my house. Can you suggest a good substitute? Brown sugar or honey? If so, what would the quantities be?
Thanks
Hi kavita, typically white sugar can be substitued with pure can sugar ( looks brown) or brown sugar. The amount of sugar you add will be typically a little less than the normal sugar.
Let me know which recipes you would like have replaced?
Archana
