  • 1/4 cup Hot water
  • 2 cloves Garlic , finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Green Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

  1. To begin the preparation of Nuoc Cham Chay Dipping Sauce, mix together sugar and hot water, stir until sugar dissolves.

  2. In another bowl, mix together, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, chili sauce. To this add the sugar water and mix well.

  3. Adjust soy sauce or chili sauce according to your preference
