  • 1 Ripe Bananas
  • 2 Oranges
  • 2-3 Blackberries , (any seasonal berry) optional
  • 1 teaspoon Honey , or to taste
  • 1-1/2 cups Coconut milk

  1. To begin making the Banana Orange & Spinach Smoothie Recipe, wash and roughly chop the spinach leaves. Peel the oranges and the banana.
