Makes: 2-3 servings
500 grams cottage cheese
3 oranges, peeled and sliced or diced
1-2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds
In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
Eat it immediately or store the dish in a refrigerator for further use.
