Oranges with Cottage Cheese (Sunshine in a Bowl)
3 to 4 servings
Oranges combined with Cottage Cheese makes for a perfect, quick yet healthy breakfast. The protein-rich cottage cheese coupled with a mixed fruit bowl makes for a filling breakfast food or a lovely dessert snack.
500 grams cottage cheese
3 oranges, peeled and sliced or diced
1-2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds
To make the Oranges with Cottage Cheese, in a small bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
Drizzle some honey and nuts optionally and serve immediately.
Oranges with Cottage Cheese for breakfast or a mid afternoon snack to give the boost of energy and nutrition. It makes a great afterschool snack for kids as well.
