  • Iceberg lettuce , few leaves, roughly torn
  • Ingredients for the filling of the wrap
  • 250 grams Paneer (Homemade Cottage Cheese) , diced small 
  • 1 Onion , thinly sliced
  • 1 Tomato , thinly sliced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) , thinly sliced
  • 10 Black olives , halved
  • Basil leaves , small bunch, finely chopped
  • Salt , to taste
  • Red Chilli flakes , to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

How to make Vegetarian Wrap With Olives And Cottage Cheese -Paneer Roll

  1. To begin making the Vegetarian Wrap with Olives and Cottage Cheese, we will first prepare the filling for the wrap.
