  • 1 cup Spinach Leaves (Palak) , roughly torn
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Pomegranate Fruit Kernels
  • 1 Beetroot , cut thin into wedges
  • For the Salad Dressing
  • 2 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • Salt , to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  2. To make the dressing, in a bowl, combine, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, honey, lemon juice and olive oil. Whisk together and let it sit in the fridge.
