  • 1 Mango (Raw) , peeled and chopped
  • 2 Cucumbers , peeled and chopped
  • 1 Mooli/ Mullangi (Radish) , finely chopped
  • 1 Onion , finely chopped
  • 1 Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
  • Salt , to taste
  • Black pepper powder , to taste

  1. To begin making the Healthy Foxtail Millet Raw Mango & Vegetable Salad Recipe, we will first cook the foxtail millet.

  2. In a sauce pan; add in the millets along with 1 cup of water. Bring the millets to a boil, then turn the heal to low.
