Ingredients

  • 1 Onion , thinly sliced
  • 2 Cucumbers , diced
  • 1 Carrot (Gajjar) , thinly diced
  • 1 Red Yellow or Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) , diced
  • 100 grams Iceberg lettuce , roughly torn
  • 5 Stalks Spring Onion Greens , finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Black olives , sliced
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts , broken
  • For Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinaigrette
  • 2 cloves Garlic , finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • Salt and Pepper , to taste
  • For Croutons
  • 6 Whole Wheat Brown Bread
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt , to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Dry mix herbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes

How to make Pasta Salad Recipe with Summer Vegetable Lettuce & Croutons

  1. To begin making the Pasta Salad Recipe with Summer Vegetable Lettuce & Croutons, first prepare croutons by preheating the oven at 125 degree centigrade, cut each slice of bread into 9 pieces.

  2. Finely chop the celery and blend with olive oil, salt and chilly flakes.
