For Sunday Dinner, we have a Mutton dish which is called as Mutton Varattiyathu and it is served with Lachha Paratha, Steamed Rice and Burani Raita. For vegetarians, we have a Paneer Kolhapuri, which tastes great with flaky Lachha Paratha.

Some tips you can follow for this weeks meal plan:

  • In the asian meal, you can skip Chicken from the Pad Thai Noodles and make a vegetarian version of it. In the curry, you can add Paneer, Tofu or Soya Nuggets instead of Chicken.
  • Curd is good to eat in summers, as it keeps our body cool and also helps in digestion. You can also make different raitas by adding your favourite vegetables in it or you can make chaas/buttermilk to drink along with your meal.
  • Try and add salad to your meals, as it makes your everyday meals more nutritious and filling. Indian Salads like Kachumber Salad, Satvik Carrot Sprouts Salad, Green Apple, Radish & Pepper Salad can be included in your meals or can eat it as a snack.
  • Clean your green and keep them in an air tight container. It will stay fresh for 4 to 5 days. Don't forget to wash them before using it in your sabzis, pulavs or dals.
