  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Whole Eggs , well beaten or Flax meal Egg Replacer
  • 2 cups Milk , chilled
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • Honey , for serving
  • 2 cups Ripe Bananas , sliced
  • Mixed nuts , for serving
