Cubed pineapple and cheesed skewed into tooth picks on a white platter has become another classic favorite at my parties. Goes well with many wines and is simply delicious and appetizing.
Makes: 30 sticks
Ingredients 30 pieces of cubed Amul cheese or any other salty firm cheese 30 pieces of cubed pineapple 30 tooth picks and a platter
Method Skew a cheese and a pineapple cube into one tooth pick and continue the same for the remaining cubes.
Since there is no salt or spices added, you can make them a few hours in advance of the party.
Serve on a white platter and serve.
Alternatively: You can grill the skewed pineapple and cheese, by sprinkling some salt and cayenne pepper until lightly browned.
