Oranges along with Cottage Cheese make a perfect quick and healthy breakfast. Rich in protien the cottage cheese can be combined with a mixed bowl of fruits making a healthy snack, dessert or breakfast.
Makes: 2-3 servings
500 grams cottage cheese
3 oranges, peeled and sliced or diced
1-2 table spoons of sunflower seeds
Mix everything in a bowl. Eat right away or prepare in advance and keep in the fridge.
