Packed with vegetables and goodness of riccota and durum wheat pasta make it wholesome, nourishing and absolutely delicious. As with any pasta, I always never fail to make the pasta sauce at home from the basics. Fresh herbs, fresh vegetable, including freshly made Riccotta goes right between the delicate layers of this home baked lasagna.

This recipe though does not call for a chunky sauce but surely a creamy peanut sauce that is sure to open your palates to an Asian flavored pasta.

Baked FarfelleFarfelle, is a pasta which has never taken the backseat in my pantry has finally found its place in my children's tummy. A delicious dish, that is made with home made cottage cheese and home made tomato basil sauce, not to forget my all time favorite nutrient - Spinach. The flavors seep deep into the farfelle making it truly delicious.
