 Gomiti Rigati, lined elbow macaroni, are perfect with chunky sauces, especially sauces that also have oil or cream that can slip into the pasta. This recipe though does not call for a chunky sauce but surely a creamy peanut sauce that is sure to open your palates to an Asian flavored pasta. |

 Farfelle, is a pasta which has never taken the backseat in my pantry has finally found its place in my children's tummy. A delicious dish, that is made with home made cottage cheese and home made tomato basil sauce, not to forget my all time favorite nutrient - Spinach. The flavors seep deep into the farfelle making it truly delicious. |

 A summer saver recipe when tomatoes are in full season and so is basil. But as we do we enjoy this pasta all the time. Fettuccine or similar ribbon pasta goes best with this tomato and basil sauce.

 Nothing can be as summery as a sauce made with fresh basil and freshly pureed tomatoes. The richness of spinach, the flavour of basil and some Parmezan Cheese, gets so well absorbed into the farfelle that makes it truely delicious and healthy. |
