Method
Steam the broccoli until tender in a steamer or a pressure cooker. Allow it to cool.
Puree the broccoli along with 1 cup of water until smooth. Strain to remove any residue.
Transfer the broccoli to a sauce pan, add the butter and the remaining water and bring to a boil and simmer for few minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm with a warm dinner rolls.
