This is a super healthy and fat free Parfait and also good for diabetes & heart patients. Dates are a high-fiber food, which can help you feel full longer, and yogurt is a good source of calcium, protein and probiotics. In this Yogurt & Date Parfait recipe, I used raw dates but you can use any type of dates.

You can serve this as Healthy Breakfast Recipe or just make it real quick when you are having sugar cravings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
  • 10 Dates , seed removed;
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 10 Whole Almonds (Badam) , soaked & peeled

How to make Yogurt & Date Parfait Recipe

  1. To begin making the Yogurt & Date Parfait Recipe, blend all ingredients together except half quantity of soaked almonds, until you get smooth mixture in a blender.

  2. Transfer the yogurt and date mixture into a serving glass.

  3. Now garnish with soaked almond and few drops of honey.

  4. Eat the Yogurt & Date Dip immediately as soft-serve, or freeze 20 minutes for a chilled & firmer texture.
