  • 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Black olives , pitted, & chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Homemade Basil Pesto , (basil or sundried tomatoes pesto)
  • Salt , to taste
  • Cayenne Pepper , to taste

How to make Vegetarian Stuffed Red Peppers With Pesto & Ricotta Cheese
