To begin making the Chaler Payesh recipe, boil the milk in a sauce pan over low flame till it reduces to 3/4th volume.
Add ghee to the rice and mix well. Once the milk is ready add the rice and mix well.
Add sugar, green cardamon and milkmaid to the milk and rice mixture. Stir well till the sugar melts.
Add the cashew nuts to it. Garnish with few more cashew nuts and serve.
