Ingredients

  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 3 tablespoons Corn flour
  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Chocolate Shavings

Directions for Quick Chocolate Pudding Recipe

  1. To begin making the Quick Chocolate Pudding Recipe, separate the egg with yolks and whites separately and keep the whites aside as they are not required. 

  2. In a large saucepan, heat the milk, sugar, cocoa powder, corn flour and egg yolks. Using a whisk combine all the ingredients to make sure there are lumps. Continue to whisk and cook until the milk comes to a brisk boil. 

  3. Mix well to make sure there are no lumps and the mixture becomes shiny and thick. 

  4. Once the chocolate pudding has thickened, stir in the vanilla extract and turn off the heat.

  5. Transfer the quick Chocolate Pudding into 4 servings bowls and allow it to cool.

  6. Once cool refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
