To begin making the Cheese Crackers recipe, take a bowl, add butter, cheddar cheese and mix it well. Now add all purpose flour, paprika and salt to taste. Mix everything properly.
Once everything is mixed, add 1-2 tablespoons cold water to make a dough. Form the dough into a ball and wrap in cling wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius. Take the dough out from the fridge and roll out to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into square shape.
Make a hole in center of each square with help of fork. Transfer to the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown in colour. Take out the baking tray and allow it to cool for some time. Initially, they will be soft but it'll be crisp once they become cool. Crispy cheese crackers are ready to serve.
