In this Yogurt & Date Parfait recipe, I used raw dates but you can use any type of dates.

To begin making the Yogurt & Date Parfait Recipe, blend all ingredients together except half quantity of soaked almonds, until you get smooth mixture in a blender.
Transfer the yogurt and date mixture into a serving glass.
Now garnish with soaked almond and few drops of honey.
Eat the Yogurt & Date Dip immediately as soft-serve, or freeze 20 minutes for a chilled & firmer texture.
