Ingredients

  • 500 grams Spinach Leaves (Palak) , washed and chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 Stalk Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , chopped
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Vegetable stock , or water
  • Black pepper powder , freshly ground to taste
  • Salt , to taste

  2. Heat oil in large saucepan;add in the garlic and celery and saute for a few seconds. Add in the chopped spinach, sprinkle some salt and saute on medium heat until the spinach is wilted and cooked.
