  • 1/2 cup Dates
  • 18 grams Tamarind
  • 2 tablespoon Dry Red Chilli
  • 1/2 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • Salt , to taste

  1. We begin making the Malabar Style Dates Chutney Recipe by grinding all the ingredients together in a mixer. Add about 1/4 cup water and grind it into a smooth paste.
