To begin making Curried Carrot Celery Soup Recipe heat olive oil in a pressure cooker and add the dry spices like bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon sticks and whole black peppercorns.
Add the chopped onions and saute till onions become translucent in colour. Next add the carrots and celery stalks and sweat them. Add salt and 4 cups of water, close the pressure cooker lid and give four whistles. Let the pressure release naturally.
After the carrot and celery has cooled down blend the carrot and celery in a blender until it becomes smooth. Once smooth add the Curried Carrot Celery Soup to a saucepan.
