Ingredients

  • 2 Lebanese cucumber
  • 2 Fresh Red chillies , finely chopped
  • 4 to 5 Shallots , thinly chopped
  • 1/4 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , chopped
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Directions for Thai Cucumber Relish Recipe

  1. To begin making the Thai Cucumber Relish recipe, wash and chop all the vegetables finely. Take vinegar in a saucepan, let it boil, add sugar to it, stir to dissolve. Take it off the stove.

  2. Let it cool for 5 minutes. Add chopped cucumber, chilies, coriander leaves, shallots and salt

  3. Let it sit on the counter until it cools well. Refrigerate and serve chilled along with appetizers.
