To begin making the Chinese Style Green Beans, first heat the oil in a wok.
Add the ginger and garlic and sauté for 1-2 seconds.
Add the red chilies and then the beans.
Stir fry for 1-2 minutes and then add a tablespoon of the stock.
Cook, them covered for 1-2 minutes, till the beans are just tender but still crunchy.
Sprinkle salt and add the soy sauce, vinegar, and the chili garlic sauce (if using).Mix well.
In a small bowl, mix the corn flour with the rest of the vegetable stock and add it to the beans. Stir so that the sauce coats all over the beans.
