To begin making the Crunchy Vegetables Tortilla Wraps, wash and thinly cut all the vegetables in equal lengths and keep aside.
Next, in a mixer- jar combine the yoghurt, garlic, coriander leaves, pepper powder and salt to taste. Blitz until smooth.
