To begin making Jaggery Coffee Without Milk, pour water into the saucepan and bring it to a boil.
Roughly pound the dry ginger and black pepper corns using a mortar and pestle, add it to the boiling water.
Add jaggery and simmer for 5 minutes, until the jaggery it dissolved.
Add the coffee decoction, boil for 2 more minutes and switch off the heat.
