  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Kabuli Chana (White Chickpeas) , soaked overnight and cooked
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 5 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Directions for Spinach Hummus Recipe

  1. To begin making the Spinach Hummus Recipe we will boil the soaked chickpeas with enough water in a pressure cooker for about 30 minutes. Till it is cooked is soft.

  2. In a mixer add all the ingredients and blitz till you get a creamy and not too smooth consistency.
