Chow-Chow Kothamalli Chutney Recipe| Chayote Coriander Chutney is one of my signature vegetable chutney recipes. I love to make vegetable chutneys a lot as it tastes different from the usual coconut or coriander chutney and also I love to include a vegetable dip with my main dish. Adding veggies to the chutney makes it more interesting and also apt for kids and adults who are hesitant with veggies. Serve it with idlis, onion rava dosa recipe or as an accompaniment with full course lunch.
