To begin making the Grain Free Chocolate Porridge recipe, add 1 cup of coconut milk and cauliflower florets to simmer in a saucepan. Cook them for 10 minutes or until they become tender.
Using an immersion blender, blitz the cauliflower to a grainy consistency. Alternatively, you can even cool it completely and use the regular blender.
Empty the contents into a mixing bowl and add in the cocoa powder, date syrup, salt, cinnamon and mix everything until it is combined well.
