Ingredients

  • 200 grams Broccoli , cut into medium florets
  • 1/2 cup Instant Oats (Oatmeal) , ground into flour
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons Hung Curd (Greek Yogurt)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg powder
  • 2 teaspoon Dried Thyme Leaves
  • 2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , finely chopped
  • 5 tablespoons Butter (Unsalted) , divided

  1. To begin making the High Protein Broccoli & Coriander Loaf Recipe boil the broccoli or steam the broccoli in a microwave oven until it is soft. Then using a food processor you can grind it into a course mixture. 

  2. Next add in the oats, coriander leaves, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg powder and thyme. Mix well to combine.
